*We book most reservations over a year in advance and schedule around current reservation nights and paddock use. Due to the frequent calls about availability, last minute changes to your reservations (shortening nights or a reduction in the number of paddocks reserved) cannot result in a reduction in balance owed because we have probably based other reservation scheduling around them or turned others away.
